Responsibility
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across designated areas in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present and demonstrate our products, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and consistent follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives in your territory.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to the sales manager.
- Represent Wilking Global Inc at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
