Responsibility
- Conduct face-to-face sales visits to clients across assigned territories in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to clients, addressing their needs and objections effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and revenue growth.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events to stay updated on products and sales techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, retail sales, or B2B sales (fresh graduates with a strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a passion for achieving targets.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Possession of a valid driverâs license and access to a vehicle is an advantage.
