As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your role is critical in achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s long-term success in the region.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in field sales, preferably in distribution, FMCG, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Bali.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
