Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and end consumers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our vape products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, inventory levels, and market insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Bali market and local business culture.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across assigned territories.
- Basic knowledge of vape products or willingness to learn about the industry.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
