Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to retail outlets, distributors, and potential clients to promote products and secure new business opportunities.
- Provide product demonstrations, samples, and educational materials to enhance customer understanding and drive sales.
- Monitor and report on stock levels, product placement, and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) to ensure optimal visibility and availability.
- Develop and execute strategies for distribution expansion, identifying and onboarding new retailers or partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers, distributors, and regional sales teams.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback, to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit detailed activity reports, including sales performance, market trends, and action plans for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and ensure alignment with brand messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, retail, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market landscape (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable using sales tracking tools or CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories and work flexible hours as needed.
