Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new retail and distribution partners to expand market reach and product visibility.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and compliance with company standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers, distributors, and hospitality establishments.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or FMCG sales, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal) is required.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales tracking tools.
  • Experience in Bali’s retail or hospitality sector is a plus.
