Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in Bali’s key business hubs.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Firefly Electric & Lighting Corp.’s solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, including forecasts, client feedback, and market trends.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the electric, lighting, or construction industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and practices.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
