Responsibility
- Conduct field canvassing and door-to-door sales in assigned territories across Bali
- Identify and engage with potential clients, retailers, and distributors to expand market reach
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and promotions to prospective customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, canvassing, or field marketing (fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and surrounding areas
- Basic understanding of retail sales, distribution, or FMCG industries is a plus
- Own transportation (motorcycle/car) and a valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written)
