Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for luxury vehicles.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, dealerships, and corporate partners.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the automotive or luxury goods industry.
- Strong background in B2C and B2B sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of luxury car markets, customer psychology, and high-end sales techniques.
- Proficient in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maximum age of 45 years old (as per company policy).
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
