Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
