Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in Bali.
  • Present, promote, and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers using persuasive and tailored sales pitches.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand the company’s presence in Bali.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of at least 2+ years in field sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional local language proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation are advantageous.
