Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients to promote financial products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in Bali.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and market trends.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Represent the company at local events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
