Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in assigned regions.
- Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients to promote Wefund Lending Corp.’s financial products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Prepare and present sales reports, including performance metrics and market feedback, to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolution of client inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the financial sector.
- Participate in training programs and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the financial services or lending industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned regions.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
