Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Identify, engage, and convert new clients, including contractors, developers, retailers, and distributors, to drive cement product sales.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits, follow-ups, and exceptional service.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the Bali construction sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade shows.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure timely delivery of products, resolve customer complaints, and address any logistical or service-related issues.
- Represent PhilCement at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in field sales, B2B sales, or construction industry sales, preferably in cement, building materials, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Bali construction market, including key players, trends, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali for client visits and market coverage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
