Responsibility
- Generate new CASA (Current and Savings Account) deposits by acquiring and onboarding new clients.
- Actively cross-sell the bankās products and services, including loans, credit cards, and investment options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the bank.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on the bankās products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively address client inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services (training will be provided for bank-specific offerings).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories and work flexible hours as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
