Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new CASA (Current and Savings Account) deposits from individuals and businesses.
- Cross-sell a range of banking products, including loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the bank.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities in Bali.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Stay updated on banking products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to offer informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with banking products, services, and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and surrounding areas as needed.
