As a Field Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. You will work in a field-based role, engaging with clients and promoting our products and services.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field-based role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is a plus.
