Responsibility
- Generate new CASA (Current Account Savings Account) deposits by identifying and engaging potential clients.
- Cross-sell a variety of banking products and services, including loans, credit cards, and investment options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the bank.
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports, analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies.
- Stay updated on banking products, promotions, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
