Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand AltaMedica’s customer base in Bali.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our healthcare solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to post-sale support.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive activities to inform business strategies.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to travel within Bali as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
