Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali region
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to understand local business trends and customer needs
- Ensure timely and accurate product distribution across assigned territories
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns tailored to the Bali market
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client concerns promptly
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to offer expert advice
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in FMCG or retail sectors
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali
