Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients (residential, commercial, and industrial) to assess their energy needs and propose customized solar solutions.
- Conduct on-site consultations, energy audits, and feasibility studies to determine the optimal solar system design and ROI for clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and financial analyses to demonstrate the long-term benefits of solar energy.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate system sizing, pricing, and installation timelines for client proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and manage the end-to-end customer journey from lead generation to project handover.
- Stay updated on government incentives, subsidies, and financing options for solar projects to maximize client savings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy, solar, or related industries (real estate, construction, or B2B sales are a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with diverse clients.
- Technical aptitude to understand solar energy systems, components, and financial modeling (training provided for non-technical candidates).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings and site visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields is preferred but not required.
