Responsibility
- Generate and acquire new CASA (Current and Savings Account) deposits to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Cross-sell the bank’s products and services, including loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new customers.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, customer feedback, and market analysis to management.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and surrounding areas as required.
