Responsibility

  • Execute field sales strategies for Ecolite & Herbology products within assigned territories across Bali
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, pharmacies, and wellness centers
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement, merchandising, and stock levels
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective territory management
  • Provide product training and education to retail staff and customers
  • Collect market intelligence and competitor information to inform sales strategies
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Participate in trade shows, product launches, and promotional events
  • Collaborate with marketing team to implement local promotional activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or health products
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
  • Passion for health, wellness, and natural products
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
