Responsibility
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to acquire new merchant partners across designated Bali locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.)
- Identify and target potential business clients through effective prospecting and lead generation techniques
- Present and demonstrate Staffinc Group's products/services to business owners and decision-makers
- Negotiate and close sales agreements while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing merchant partners
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through consistent performance
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies for the Bali market
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with frequent travel and fieldwork across Bali locations
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with Bali's business landscape and local culture is advantageous
