Responsibility
- Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets, distributors, and key accounts across Bali to promote and sell company products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, distributors, and customers to ensure product visibility and availability.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Implement in-store promotions, merchandising, and branding activities to enhance product appeal and drive sales.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitive intelligence to the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or consumer goods promotion, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape, including key locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and Kuta, is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and the ability to use sales tracking tools or CRM software.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali for fieldwork.
