Responsibility
- Generate new CASA and Time Deposit (TD) accounts by proactively engaging with potential clients in the Bali region.
- Cross-sell the bank’s financial products and services, including loans, credit cards, and investment options, to existing and new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, personalized service, and trust-building interactions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for deposits and other banking products.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for business expansion in Bali.
- Collaborate with the branch team to organize and participate in promotional events, financial literacy workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the bank’s products, policies, and procedures to clients.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using the bank’s CRM system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or banking, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively promote banking products and close deals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with banking products, financial services, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
