Responsibility
- Client Acquisition & Engagement: Identify and approach potential clients in residential, commercial, and institutional sectors to promote AirMaster’s air quality solutions.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site or virtual presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our air purification systems.
- Consultative Selling: Assess client needs and recommend tailored air management solutions to address specific concerns (e.g., allergies, pollution, or infectious disease prevention).
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- After-Sales Support: Ensure client satisfaction by coordinating installations, addressing concerns, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with product launches and promotions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract agreements in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales, preferably in B2B or B2C environments (health, tech, or home solutions industries are a plus).
- Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning and explaining technical product specifications to non-technical audiences.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for solving client problems and delivering exceptional service.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel within assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic sales analytics.
