Responsibility
- Conduct on-site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telematics systems and equipment.
- Ensure timely and accurate deployment of field operations projects in assigned regions.
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and address technical concerns.
- Monitor and report on the performance of telematics solutions, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and optimize field processes.
- Maintain detailed records of field activities, including service reports, client feedback, and inventory logs.
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of telematics systems and software.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and industry standards during all field operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field operations, telecommunications, or a related technical role.
- Strong technical knowledge of telematics, IoT, or telecommunication systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Proven ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and field service management software.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles (if required).
