Responsibility
- Conduct thorough and accurate data collection from local merchants in Bali.
- Ensure all merchant information is recorded and updated in the company database.
- Coordinate with internal teams to verify data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the implementation of field operations strategies and procedures.
- Provide on-site support to merchants, addressing any operational queries or concerns.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on field activities and merchant interactions.
- Collaborate with the logistics and manufacturing teams to streamline operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing field duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in field operations, data collection, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using data collection tools and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and surrounding areas as needed.
- Familiarity with the local market and merchant operations is an advantage.
