We are seeking a dynamic Field Merchant Acquisition Specialist to drive our merchant growth initiatives in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung). Responsibility
- Identify and prospect potential merchants in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung) through field visits and networking.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners to present Amartha’s financial products and services, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Achieve monthly merchant acquisition targets and contribute to team KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the onboarding process and resolve any merchant-related issues.
- Provide regular reports on field activities, market trends, and competitive insights to the management team.
- Educate merchants on digital financial tools and best practices to enhance their business operations.
- Participate in local events, trade shows, and community gatherings to promote Amartha’s brand and services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or field acquisition, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape, particularly in retail, hospitality, or SME sectors, is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital financial products and services is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and work flexible hours as needed.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (motorcycle or car) and the ability to navigate various locations efficiently.
