Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer transactions, including loan applications, payments, and account updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and documentation.
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure seamless customer service and operational efficiency.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers, helping them make informed financial decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in branch administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services or banking industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
