Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with account inquiries, transactions, and financial requests.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Open and manage new accounts (savings, checking, time deposits) while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
  • Promote and cross-sell bank products, including credit cards, loans, insurance, and investment options.
  • Educate customers on digital banking platforms and self-service options to enhance their banking experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive and professional resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions in compliance with banking standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales targets and service excellence goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking, customer service, or sales (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
