Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while enjoying the unique culture and lifestyle that Bali offers.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, including events, promotions, and product launches.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize ROI on marketing activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
