Responsibility
- Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including corporate meetings, weddings, social gatherings, and special occasions.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and budgets, ensuring their vision is brought to life.
- Manage vendor relationships, including caterers, decorators, audiovisual teams, and entertainment providers, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, seating arrangements, timelines, and on-site coordination to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback, assess success, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event management to enhance our offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in event management, preferably within the hospitality or luxury service industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges during events.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Knowledge of local vendors, venues, and cultural nuances in Bali is a plus.
