In this position, you will spearhead the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships with local and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Erajaya’s business objectives. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and optimizing sales promotion programs to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue generation. Your ability to negotiate agreements, foster long-term relationships, and analyze market trends will be key to success in this high-impact role.
Based in the vibrant business hub of Badung, Bali, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that elevate Erajaya’s market presence. Whether you’re launching new partnerships or refining existing programs, your work will directly contribute to the company’s expansion in the region.
Responsibility
- Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure new partnership agreements with local businesses, vendors, and community organizations to expand Erajaya’s network.
- Program Execution: Lead the planning and implementation of sales promotion programs, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and regional goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, addressing concerns and exploring opportunities for collaboration.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular assessments of local market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform partnership and activation strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of partnership programs, using KPIs to measure ROI and adjust tactics as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of joint initiatives.
- Budget Oversight: Manage allocated budgets for partnership and activation projects, ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Local Program Innovation: Develop and tailor localized programs to meet the unique needs of the Manado and Bali markets, driving engagement and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years in partnership management, business development, or sales activation, preferably in retail, FMCG, or distribution.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts, terms, and collaborative agreements with external stakeholders.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies for partnership growth and sales activation.
- Communication Excellence: Fluent in English and Indonesian, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in using data and market insights to evaluate program performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on deadlines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the business landscape in Manado and Bali, including cultural nuances and consumer preferences.
