Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunication towers and associated equipment in compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to restore service.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to plan and execute field operations, including site surveys and equipment upgrades.
- Document all field activities, including maintenance reports, incident logs, and inventory updates, using digital tools and software.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations during all field operations.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and local staff as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and equipment for field operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Field Engineer or Technician, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of telecommunication systems, including towers, antennas, and transmission equipment.
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations for telecommunication infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in remote or challenging environments.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and software for field operations.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various sites across Bali.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to document technical details accurately.
