Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Oversee mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation (E&I) installations, verifying compliance with technical standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to maintain project efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and site personnel to foster a culture of safety and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision, with a focus on mechanical, piping, or E&I systems.
- Proven expertise in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, quality control procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, with strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and work in a fast-paced environment.
