Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to onboard schools, tutors, and educational partners in Bali.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of Ruangguru’s products to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with schools, teachers, and parents.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for educational product adoption.
- Gather market feedback and insights to refine product offerings and sales approaches.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize local events, workshops, and promotions.
- Provide training and support to new clients to ensure smooth onboarding and usage.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or consulting (preferably in the education sector).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Passion for education and technology, with a desire to make a social impact.
- Maximum age of 30 years (as per company policy).
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
