Note: This role requires frequent travel within Bali, so a reliable mode of transportation and a valid driverâs license are essential.
Responsibility
- Conduct thorough field investigations to verify borrower information, employment details, and financial stability for loan applications.
- Perform on-site property appraisals to assess collateral value, condition, and marketability for secured lending purposes.
- Analyze credit reports, financial statements, and supporting documents to evaluate creditworthiness and risk levels.
- Prepare detailed reports with findings, recommendations, and risk assessments for internal review and decision-making.
- Collaborate with branch managers, underwriters, and legal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Travel extensively within assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to meet clients and inspect properties.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, appraisals, and investigations using company-approved systems.
- Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and economic factors affecting credit and collateral risk.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit investigation, financial analysis, or property appraisal (banking/financial services preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, credit reports, and legal documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and report writing.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel frequently within Bali (own transportation is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with financial or appraisal software.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
