Responsibility

  • Coordinate and supervise daily field operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of staff to deliver exceptional service in hospitality, tourism, and transport sectors.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational challenges and optimize service delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for field operations, including safety and compliance protocols.
  • Manage logistics, including vehicle fleets, schedules, and resource allocation to meet demand.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for service expansion and client retention.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or transport.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s tourism industry, local regulations, and cultural nuances is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and operational management tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
