Responsibility
- Conducting professional field visits to customers to discuss payment status and financial obligations.
- Negotiating payment solutions with customers in accordance with company policies to maintain a healthy portfolio.
- Ensuring all collection activities are performed in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Accurately documenting and reporting all field visit results and customer interactions in the company database.
- Building positive relationships with customers while maintaining a professional and firm approach to collections.
- Managing daily route planning to ensure maximum efficiency and coverage in the assigned Madiun area.
- Coordinating with the internal team to resolve complex collection cases and payment disputes.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Willing to work in the field and possess a high level of mobility.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in handling customer interactions.
- Own a personal motorcycle and a valid driver’s license (SIM C).
- Deep knowledge of the Madiun area and surrounding regions.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict performance-based collection targets.
- Prior experience in field collection or related roles in the finance industry is a significant advantage.
