Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to clients to collect outstanding payments and resolve delinquencies.
- Maintain accurate records of all collections activities and update customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and payment issues.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities and performance metrics.
- Adhere to company policies and legal regulations regarding debt collection practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries professionally.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance collection efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and collection software.
- Knowledge of local debt collection laws and regulations.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
