Responsibility
- Manage and monitor overdue accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to clients regarding payment reminders and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, transactions, and client interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with the finance and customer service teams to improve collection strategies and reduce delinquency rates.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance and metrics.
- Assist in resolving client disputes and providing solutions to facilitate payment.
- Stay updated on company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in debt collection.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the collection department.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in collections, customer service, or financial administration is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or collection software.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Ethical, empathetic, and customer-focused approach to debt recovery.
- Ability to meet targets and work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of FinTech industry trends and financial regulations is an advantage.
