Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to clients in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to collect outstanding payments and verify client information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely repayments and minimize delinquencies.
- Educate clients on payment terms, policies, and the benefits of maintaining a good credit history.
- Document all collection activities, including client interactions, payment receipts, and follow-up actions in the company’s system.
- Identify and report potential risks or issues that may affect collection efforts, providing recommendations for resolution.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop and implement effective collection strategies tailored to the local market.
- Adhere to all company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all collection activities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance, challenges, and achievements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field collections, debt recovery, or a related role in financial services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet collection targets.
- Familiarity with Bali’s local geography and culture is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in using mobile collection apps, CRM systems, or financial software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license is required for field mobility.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of local dialects is beneficial.
