Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to clients in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) to discuss and negotiate repayment plans.
- Assess clients’ financial situations and propose customized solutions to ensure mutual benefit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, payments, and agreements.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients through professional and empathetic communication.
- Achieve and exceed monthly collection targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and ensure timely resolutions.
- Stay informed about financial products, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed guidance.
- Utilize mobile tools and CRM systems to track progress and report field activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, sales, or customer service, preferably in financial services.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (local language proficiency is a plus).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography (Cangcu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related fields is a plus.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and valid driver’s license (required for field mobility).
