Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to clients in Bali to facilitate collections and resolve payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, transactions, and client interactions.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and minimize delinquencies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to report collection status, escalate issues, and recommend improvements.
- Adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all collection activities.
- Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to track and manage collection portfolios efficiently.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on best practices in debt collection and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field collections, debt recovery, or customer service, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software, Excel, and digital payment platforms.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related fields is advantageous.
- Clean background check and no prior legal issues related to financial misconduct.
