Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to clientsâ locations to collect outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities, including payment receipts and client interactions.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and minimize delinquencies.
- Assess clientsâ financial situations and propose flexible solutions to facilitate debt recovery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to report collection status, escalate high-risk accounts, and recommend legal actions when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards in all collection activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets while maintaining high service quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns professionally and resolving disputes amicably.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelorâs Degree (S1) in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in debt collection, credit control, or field sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations.
- Familiarity with Baliâs geographic areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic financial software.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and willingness to use personal or company-provided transportation.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken) is a plus.
