As a Field Collection Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the recovery of overdue payments by conducting on-site visits to delinquent clients. Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to delinquent clients in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to discuss and negotiate repayment plans.
- Verify client information, assess financial situations, and propose feasible solutions for overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities, including visit reports, payment agreements, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Monitor and track the progress of assigned accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and adherence to collection targets.
- Educate clients on the consequences of non-payment and the benefits of resolving their obligations promptly.
- Utilize mobile applications or tools provided by the company to log activities and update client statuses in real-time.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in debt collection, field sales, or customer service, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
- Proficient in using mobile devices and collection software for reporting and tracking purposes.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and ethical collection practices is a plus.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and valid driver’s license (SIM C) is required for field mobility.
