You will be responsible for visiting clients across key locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, to ensure timely payments and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibility
- Conduct regular field visits to assigned clients in Bali to facilitate timely collections.
- Use the My Vista application to track visits, update customer information, and report progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth payment processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Meet monthly collection targets and submit accurate reports to the management team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve collection strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and ethical standards while performing field duties.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company promotions to enhance customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or field operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations in Bali.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license is required.
