Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to engage with customers and discuss account resolutions.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients to ensure timely account recovery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and collection activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for improving collection rates.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines in all collection activities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection progress and outcomes.
- Identify and escalate complex cases to senior management for further action.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of financial services and collections regulations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions for field visits.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in finance or collections are advantageous.
